Official says Russia launches beef imports to China
MOSCOW, Apr 2 (PRIME) -- Russia has launched beef supplies to China, first batches will arrive in the country on April 7, Deputy Prime Minister Viktoria Abramchenko said late Wednesday at a meeting chaired by President Vladimir Putin.
“On March 25, (Prime Minister) Mikhail Vladimirovich (Mishustin) signed a ruling on negotiations with the Chinese side on supplies of our beef. These negotiations lasted several years, and on April 7, the first eight containers with Russian beef will go to China,” Abramchenko said.
